The production of a custom rug commission takes about 1-2 weeks.

We offer only Standard worldwide delivery that takes 4-7 working days.

In total you rug should be with you in about 3 weeks!

Every rug (excluding the desk ones) comes with a lint roller, which purpose is to keep the rug clean by using it 1-2 times per week.

If there is a need for a good wash the only option is hand washing.The recommended temperature of the water should be 30ºC/86ºF.

Please keep in mind that the rugs are handmade and their purpose is mostly decorative. To keep your rug in a good condition avoid water and do not use in bathrooms as it's not absorbent. 

Our policy includes 30 days returns and refund as long as the product is received in the same condition as it was dispatched.
